Jackson County Workers’ Compensation Lawyer
Have you been injured in Jackson County, Missouri, while working for an employer? If so, then you may have a right to file a workers’ compensation claim in Missouri. Employees are often discouraged from either not filing a claim or not hiring an attorney. This is because Employers wish to get off as cheap as possible, and they know that a workers’ compensation lawyer representing the employee against them can cost them a lot of money in payouts and attorneys’ fees. The employer also knows that a workers’ compensation lawyer is not going to accept at face value what the workers’ compensation doctor, hired by the employer, says about an employee’s injuries. Consequently, an injured employee is better off hiring an attorney if they are able.

This is because a distracted driver might fail to apply the brakes to his or her car or truck before a collision takes place. For example, instead of rear ending another vehicle at a slower speed due to braking before hand, a distracted driver’s vehicle rear ends another vehicle at full speed causing extensive damages. In this situation, a distracted drivers’ eyes may have been somewhere else such as reviewing a text instead of watching the road.
